White Lotus or White Waterlily ((Nymphaea alba) contains the psychoactive compounds nupharine and nymphaeine, which have euphoric, sedative and narcotic effects. According to some sources Waterlily is also a potent aphrodisiac.

Usage

To make a tea, take 5 grams per person and let it steep in hot water for ten to fifteen minutes. You can also soak the flowers in an alcoholic drink for several hours. Use approximately 5 grams per bottle. Do not exceed recommended dosage: White Lotus makes the wine bitter and hard to drink.
