Dream herbs

Dream herbs can be used to make dreams more intense, easier to remember and even to have lucid dreams. Lucid dreaming takes place when a person is aware that he or she is dreaming and can therefore control and affect the dreaming environment.

These herbs have been used and prescribed by shamans of various African cultures.

All our dream herbs come in a lavender coloured packaging.
